KUélap GONDOLAS or Cuélap is an important archaeological site in Peru built by the Chachapoyas culture. It forms a large stone architectural ensemble located on top of a mountain at 3000 meters above sea level. It is located on the left bank of the Utcubamba River, in the province of Luya. To visit it, we now have the first gondola lift system in Peru.
ITINERARIES:

08:00 Tour to the station in the village of Tingo Nuevo.
09:00 Cable car station that will take us to the entrance.
09:30 We will start a walk of 30 min. Approx.
09:30 The visit at the monument is approximately three hours.
14:00 Lunch included in the village of Tingo nuevo.
16:00 Return to the city of Chachapoyas. Hours may vary due to groups or cable car time.
The Gocta Waterfall is an impressive waterfall measuring 771 meters, at some point it was considered the third highest waterfall in the world today it is in the fifteenth place. Locally it is called La Chorrera and was discovered in 2002 by the German Stefan Ziemendorff, who realized its existence when exploring sarcophagi located on the opposite bank of the Utcubamba valley, in the province of Luya-Lamud, department of Amazonas.

08:30 We leave in the direction of Cocachimba, a picturesque place with very friendly people.
09:30 We will start our walk exuberant vegetation typical of the cloud forest, inhabited by the of the Rocks, Emerald Tucaneta, hummingbirds among other birds of the place. After some time at the waterfall and taking pictures, you return to Cocachimba.
14:30 Lunch included.
16:30 We move to the city Chachapoyas.
