- Itinerary
FIRST DAY:
We pick you up from your Hotel at 6.00 am. We leave in our tourist mobility to Km. 82, where we begin the walk, in the course of our trip we visit two archaeological sites and also the fauna and flora of the place, from this point we can also see the veronica snow-capped mountain (waqaywillka), in the afternoon we arrive at the first Wayllabamba camp, where we will spend our first night.
SECOND DAY:
In the middle of nature and the song of the birds will be a scene to enjoy our typical breakfast, immediately from Wayllabamba we will have an ascent to the highest point of the Warmiwañusqa trip, from where we will have a wonderful panoramic view, then we will continue the descent towards our second Paqaymayu camp.
THIRD DAY:
Completely inside the protected area where it is possible to see Andean deer, local birds, etc. We continue our trip after a delicious breakfast, around 30 minutes of walking we arrive at the Runkuraqay archaeological group. We will have an ascent to the highest point and then descend to the archaeological group called Sayaqmarca. After the visit we continue for about 15 minutes more, a delicious lunch awaits us in the ch’akiqocha sector, then continuing we will arrive at the archaeological center of Phuyupatamarca, after After contemplating the area, we continue descending for another two and a half hours to the Inka citadel of Wiñayhuayna. We appreciate the place and spend our last night right there.
FOURTH DAY:
After breakfast… At 5:00 am, we will continue our journey towards the inti punku (gate of the sun). The objective of this walk is to appreciate the sunrise and also have a wide panorama of the entire Inca citadel of Machupicchu…we continue the walk for another hour to the historic sanctuary of Machupicchu, where we will have a guided tour for 2 hours, then you You can enjoy the place more on your own and depending on the return time of your train, go down to the town of Machu Picchu, from there return by train to Ollantaytambo, where our mobility will be waiting to transfer you to the city of Cusco.
